• Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility. Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Items are unused in original packaging
• All tags are attached

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened non-prescription medications/supplements
• Personalized/custom items

3. Ship items to our Oxford address with tracking
